EDGARD J. PIERRE FOUNDATION
The Edgard J. Pierre Foundation, established in 2004, serves as a beacon of community support in honor of our father, Edgard Pierre (who passed away on January 18, 1987). Mr. Pierre was a leader and pioneer within the Little Haiti community, driven by his passion for uplifting both his South Florida neighborhood and his beloved Haiti. His dedication to community support is the inspiration behind our work. Today, through our annual drives in the U.S. and Haiti — our Thanksgiving Drive, Back-to-School Supply Drive, and Christmas Gift Drive — we continue the work he started, supporting Haitian families when they need it most.
Your Gift Changes Lives
Every dollar powers our year-round drives supporting Haitian families in the diaspora and in Haiti.
$25 — Provides a Christmas gift for one child in our Christmas Gift Drive (diaspora and Haiti)
$50 — Fills a Back-to-School backpack with supplies for one student (diaspora and Haiti)
$100 — Provides a full Thanksgiving meal for a Haitian family in the diaspora
$250 — Sponsors a family across all three drives — Thanksgiving, Back-to-School, and Christmas
$500 — Recognizes a high school graduate and gives them a head start on college expenses — books, supplies, and first-semester essentials
